Hillcrest Park Unveiling

Hillcrest Park's new work of art called "Hand in Hand Around the Park" created by Marcia Smith and Shannon Moore-Jarvia. Completion date was April 2004.

The beautiful plague was created for the Hhilcrest "tower" made of ceramic tile.

Children participated in creating tiles for the "tower".
